Another day...this has got to stop

I had yet another rollercoaster day yesterday my morning was excellent. Then I got t work and eveything went to hell. A woman I dated hit me up and kind of opened and old wound. Then my project took a hard left into the weeds. I tried to have a quick break in the insanity but I ended up at the office until 10:00 good thing my buddy stopped by. I might have lost it in there. Suffice it to say another day like that I do not need.
